Who We Are
Priority Care Services LLC is a HUBZone-certified, Hispanic American-owned small business headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Founded in September 2015 and led by Ángel A. Abad Martínez, RN BSN CWCSN, a Registered Nurse with specialized certification in wound and skin care, we have spent over a decade delivering clinically supervised, compassionate home and hospital care to the people of Puerto Rico.
We are proud to be a trusted partner of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, providing uninterrupted Homemaker and Home Health Aide services to veterans across the island for over 10 years. Our work extends to elderly individuals, accident recovery patients, and anyone who needs reliable, professional care in the comfort of their own home.

What We Do
From daily living assistance to federally contracted veteran care, we offer a full range of home and hospital care services across Puerto Rico. Every service is delivered by trained, supervised caregivers under RN clinical oversight, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Home Health Aide

We provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and home environment care to keep patients safe and comfortable.
Veteran Home Care
We deliver VA-approved home health aide services around the clock to eligible veterans across Puerto Rico.

We provide non-clinical wound and skin care support overseen by an RN with specialized wound care certification.
Medication Reminders
